This record is a compilation of the first two of four aliensporebomb releases which I considered "practice throws" for a long time but I am less hard on these now considering many of them were experiments at recording in home residential environments one a small apartment and later an actual house. This one is a compilation of the first two asb releases "a passage from the vault of hours", "open strings on reflection" and some unreleased material. The next two releases "pavilions of forestlife" and "asymmetricon" might come in volume 2 if demand warrants. I don't have the stems for many of these anymore and the fact that they exist at all is darned near a miracle but figured some who weren't around on the internet back in the 1990s when I started doing this it's worth following my journey if you wonder where I started.
